Server Racks are basically used to place and mount servers and monitors on the 19” format racks SRG server racks provide greatest overall depth upto 1000mm which allows more compatible space in front & back for cable routing & power management inside the rack. As we provide the deepest depth of 1000mm, any server or any deepest server can be easily fitted into the racks as sun recommends 36” (900mm) deep rack for its E220R & net server 6000r is 800mm deep , DELL ersarails is 880mm (D), so we generally recommend 1000mm(D) server racks to be used as a single rack for all types of server rack requirement & makes customer free to install any make of server in the racks manufactured by us.


Specifications: Front to Back heat dissipation Now a days generally every server sucks air from the front and dissipate or exhaust heat from the rear side therefore it is strongly recommended now days to provide 65% ventilation on the both front & back door to dissipation heat properly, Premium server racks like Compaq 9000series universal rack, APC Netscape shelter racks, Acer racks Dell racks provides this type of ventilation in there company fitted server racks. Heat dissipation front side panels We also provide perforation & lovers in the side panels for adequate heat dissipation , In the server racks are installed separately, but this facility is not avail where racks shall be installed in bay configuration Coz the airflow in bay configuration is only occurred from front to back. Hard rock welded solid structure The overall frame is welded in solid hard rock & all other parts are assembled in slat-ch /locking style with the frame, to provide easy access to all other parts of the server racks & to the server when installation is occurred. The welded rock solid structure is basically required when transportation & other shipment is carried out for far away places. Lockable doors & side panels In order to provide physical security to the servers , networking equipment & data ,& to provide unauthorized access to critical IT equipment we provide lockable doors , the locks shall be lay opened lock or can be by access card or by geographical thumb impression, as per the requirement of the customers, the side panels are also locked by key open locks. Shipped fully assembled SRG racks are shipped fully assembled to sites or to customer premises, & this facilitate the immediate installation of servers & other equipment.

Racks are manufactured using state of art CNC Machines and other Quality Raw Material.Standard Racks configuration can be welded frame integrated with side panel and vented top cover with fan mounting provision, or Modular Frame,provision to mount racks on wall and available from 4RU to 15RU Variants with 400, 500 & 600 Deep configurations.

 

 

 

The basic usability of these type of rack are to mount the 19” standard equipment with lower depth or where temp/humility is not so much required, these type of racking solution are generally low depth racks, with a facility of cable entry & 19” mounting profiles, like DDF, MDF, Low Power Equipment, Modems, Networking Equipment and a lot more other equipment.

Structure : The basic structure of open racks are of three banding pillars or of 5 bending pillars along with Top/Bottom depending upon the customer requirement/ feasibility of mounting/type of equipments. The whole structure either shipped assembled or un assembled form for easy of transportation and handling. An [L] angle of size 90x90x6mm, are used on both front & back of the racks to provide strength and grouting of the racks.

Hard Rock Welded Solid Structure : The overall frame is welded in solid hard rock and all other parts are assembled in snatch/locking style with the frame, to provide easy to access to all other parts of the rack and to the equipment when installation is occurred. The welded rock solid structure is basically required when transportation and other shipment is carried out for far away places.

Shipped Fully Assembled : SRG racks are shipped fully assembled to sites or to customer premises, and this facilitate the immediate installation of servers an other equipments to the racks, eliminations to read the manual and to spend the precious time for reading the rack assembly units/ installation manual.

Durable Textured Polyester Powder Coating : Powder coating with texture finish and specially the polyester powder coating, gives longer life to the paint and the shining the rack, as compared to the normal powder coating, with the passage of time, the normal powder coat finish gets dull and rack looks as a old aged rack, but the use of polyester powder coat finish, the shining and the paint finish runs 10 times more than normal powder coat finish.
